We stand behind the products we sell. If you aren't sure how something works or you think something is wrong with the item, give us a call or send an email and let's discuss it. Sometimes this will help clarify cloudy areas for you. If you are not satisfied, simply return the item with proof of purchase and we'll replace it or refund your purchase price.
We are human and do make mistakes. We strive to do things right the first time, but we've proven to you and ourselves, we can blow it! Again, we hope we can work through the issue so you are satisified.

Shipping and Handling
We at Power On Cycling want to safeguard you from unwarranted shipping charges. Our online shopping cart shipping charges are an estimate. We take each order and look at the number of items, size of the items, and what we'll need to ship it in and decide what the most appropriate method is for the delivery time you're looking for. This could be UPS, FEDEX, or USPS.
Please note our website only provides shipping quotes for US Domestic shipments. If you are one of our Canadian customers we will email you the shipping charges. Sorry for the inconvenience.
We do this since most freight carriers are now use what is called, "Dimensional Shipping Weight" guidelines (basically, the length, width, and girth of the box) the actual cost of the shipment weighs heavily on how big the box is. You may have a 15 pound frame, but the size of it raises the dimensional weight to 50 pounds! Ouch. This is why we need to measure the box before giving a spot-on accurate shipping charge.
It's virtually impossible today to estimate the shipping costs of an order with a number of items without actually putting them together and sizing a box for them. We do our best to pack your order in the best container possible without compromising the safety of the products coming to you or without sending it in an oversized box.
Certain unusually large or heavy products (such as recumbents, wheel sets, car racks, etc) are not calculated automatically in the shipping/handling costs. If this is the case, Power On Cycling will contact you, and make the proper adjustments.
Once we receive your order, we'll put everything in the appropriate container and ensure you know the shipping charges before it goes.
Please note: The shipping charges you initially see when you view your cart are just an estimate. We put the items in the smallest/safest box, weigh it, measure it, and readjust shipping. Apparently, many of the estimates are god awfully high! I'm working to fix that and promise we will give you the best rate we can. -Mark
